Many people are unaware that La Mirada center houses approximately 50,000
sq.ft. of office space in addition to the retail shops and restaurants. The offices are located above the beautiful central courtyard on the second floor and in the professional building on the northern area of the center. Both areas features spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and the La Mirada Desert Park that is directly behind our property.
The offices are competitively leased for the area. Grubb and Ellis has recently been selected to be the leasing agent for the offices at La Mirada.
